How paying works today. Ask for the plan you want and a person answers — there is no card form on this site yet. Once we have agreed, you receive an invoice and then a licence key you paste into the app. The key carries your name and its dates; nothing phones home, and nothing is ever switched off remotely mid-project.

The questions people actually ask

Is the personal plan a cut-down version?No. It is the same build a company runs. Before you send reads the same specifications, the studios mark up the same drawings, all 43 calculators are there, and Before the pour watches the same pouring plan. What it does not carry is the machinery that only matters with a team: roles and permissions, the client portal, the cross-project view, automations. A single engineer has no use for any of those.
What if I work on more than one project?The personal plan holds one project at a time. You can change which project that is, but not run two at once · that is the line between the personal plan and the company licence. If you routinely carry three jobs, ask about the company licence: it is not priced per person, so for one busy consultant it is often the sensible answer.
How do I pay, and can I stop?Today: you ask, a person answers, and you receive an invoice. There is no card form on this site yet · when there is, it will be said here plainly. You stop by not renewing; there is no notice period and nothing to cancel by phone. Your documents were always on your own machine, so stopping costs you no data.
What happens to my work when the licence ends?Nothing is deleted, disabled or held. The app keeps running with an Unlicensed badge and every document stays exactly where it was, on your own disk. A tool used on a live site must never brick itself mid-project · that is a design rule here, not a courtesy.
Does the price include the AI features?The licence covers the software. AI tasks · the assistant, document reviews, the full outbound check · run on your own AI key, which you paste into the app once. That is deliberate: you see the real cost and control it, and we never mark it up. Most of the product · search, registers, claims, studios, calculators, the instant outbound pass · needs no AI account at all.
Where does my data live?On the machine you run it on. There is no cloud tenancy in the middle, no copy of your specifications on our servers, and nothing to leak from a place you do not control. The security page sets out the whole picture.
Can I try it before paying anything?Yes · 15 days, the full product, on a realistic demo project that cannot touch anyone’s live data. Most people start there. Request a trial →
