Terms of use

Plain terms.

Short, readable, and written by the owner. Updated 23 August 2026.

The websiteThis site presents the Engineering Workspace software. Its content is provided for information; we keep it accurate and honest, and correct it when it is not.
The softwareEngineering Workspace, its interface and its intelligence engine are proprietary and remain the property of Mohamed Abokhatwa. Production use is licensed per workspace under an annual agreement concluded directly with the owner.
TrialsTrial accounts are free, demo-scoped, time-limited and personal. They live inside a demonstration project and cannot reach live data. We may close a trial at any time; you may walk away at any time. Nothing you see in a demo project is real project data.
Engineering responsibilityThe workspace assists engineering judgement; it does not replace it. AI answers carry citations so a professional can verify them, and outputs must be reviewed by a qualified engineer before use. The professional of record stays responsible for what is issued.
Acceptable useNo attempts to access another company's data, no resale or sublicensing of access, and no use of the trial to build a competing product. Security researchers acting in good faith are welcome — see the security page.
LiabilityThe website and trials are provided as-is, without warranty. For production use, warranties, support and liability are defined in the signed annual agreement, not on this page.
Governing lawThese terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
