This websiteGoogle Analytics runs on these pages to count visits in aggregate — which pages are read, from which country, on what kind of device. It sets its own cookies to do that, and Google sees the requests your browser makes to it. The pages themselves are static: nothing you type reaches us unless you send it yourself — through the request form or WhatsApp — and there are no advertising trackers. The fonts are served from this site itself. Cloudflare, which delivers these pages, also counts page views with its own analytics script, which sets no cookies. Film players load from YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain only when you press play; YouTube then sees the requests your browser makes to it.
The request formIf you send a request through the form we receive what you type: name, e-mail, company, role and your message. With it, our licence service keeps the page you sent it from, the country your connection comes from, and a salted one-way hash of your internet address, used only to stop one address sending a flood of requests; the address itself is not kept. It is kept on our licence service, so that no request is lost, and sent to our support inbox. It is used to answer you and for nothing else — never sold, never added to a marketing list. Write to us and it is deleted. Trying the app needs none of it.
WhatsAppThe WhatsApp button is a plain link: it opens WhatsApp with a first line already written, naming the page you were reading, and nothing is sent until you press send there. The conversation then runs on WhatsApp, under WhatsApp’s own terms. We see your number, your WhatsApp name and what you write, and use them to answer you and for nothing else. The site’s analytics counts that the button was pressed, and on which page — nothing more.

The application itselfEngineering Workspace runs on the customer company's own computer or server. Project documents, the index, the database, mail tokens and AI keys live there, under that company's control — not on our servers. Per-user secrets are encrypted; roles and an audit trail govern access. We could not read your project record if we wanted to: we do not have it.
AI usageAI tasks run on the AI account the workspace or the user connects. Prompts for those tasks go to that AI provider under that provider's terms; local features — search, registers, workflows, studios, calculators — send nothing anywhere.
The licenceA licence is checked on your own computer, by the app itself — offline, always. Because one licence covers one computer, the app also asks our licence service once a day to renew it: that message carries this installation's code, the name the computer calls itself, the app version and the operating system, and how many documents and pages are indexed — the computer name only so that, if the licence is ever asked for on a second machine, the app can tell you which one is holding it. Never your name, never a file name or a path, never a word of any document. You can see the last exchange in Settings, and you can switch the whole thing off — a workspace with the service turned off keeps running on a pasted key for ever, offline, and sends nothing at all. An expired licence is never enforced from outside: the workspace winds down gently to read-only on its own, and nothing is ever deleted.
The evaluationThe 14-day evaluation is counted by the app on your own computer. So that it is counted once per computer, and does not start again after a reinstall, the app also tells our licence service when this computer’s evaluation began: the message carries a salted one-way code made from the computer’s own system id (the id itself is never sent, and cannot be worked back from the code), the day the evaluation began on this computer, the app version and the operating system. The service answers with a signed note of the dates, which the app keeps. If you ask for more time, the note you write and, if you give one, your e-mail address go with the request, so that we can answer it. Never your name, never a file, never a word of any document. A workspace with the licence service turned off counts the evaluation on its own and sends nothing.
